Rickson Jewelry is a trusted and experienced handmade jewelry store with 15 years in business along with my team of specialists who have generations of years of experience and expertise! I pride myself on no pressure sales and deliver exceptional customer service. I want your entire experience to be enjoyable, and your jewelry to be loved for a lifetime and beyond.
In stock items are shipped with Tracked Packet to the USA, Canada and worldwide. Packages arrive in 3-7 business days. International shipping takes 1-2 weeks.
Some of our items are in stock and ship within 1-3 business days. Most of our items are made to order and take 4-6 weeks. Custom items take 6-8 weeks or longer (depending on special requests). We are very happy to rush orders for free but suggest upgrading to Next Day delivery for $55 if you need your piece in less than 4 weeks. Let us know your preferred delivery date before or at your time of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate.
I upgrade shipping for free if a time issue has arisen from my side of the sale during production. If we agree on a timeline and date I always deliver (literally :).

No Refunds and Deposits are Non Refundable
Issues are dealt with on an individual basis. Since I hand make every single item in my shop, if you do have a concern about your piece, please let me know and we can see if there is a solution that leaves you satisfied with your Rickson original. Requests for refunds or exchanges is extremely rare because my work is high quality, and I believe in no pressure sales and make efforts to ensure you find the right piece for you and your loved ones, before you purchase. My custom design experience involves you the entire time, so you can be sure you'll fall in love with your final piece. I like to think my customers wouldn't want to part with their new piece for the world! :)
