Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

Returns and exchange requests may be made 2 weeks after piece is received. For exchanges, returning the item to me is covered by you and I will cover the shipping back to you.

No Refunds on custom or customized pieces. Customizations include: gemstone choices, engravings and other changes. Ring size does not count as a customization.

Deposits are Non Refundable 

Rickson Jewelry is high quality jewelry and should not need repairs for many years to come. Check out our jewelry care guide to maintain the beauty and longevity of your precious jewelry. If repairs are required we offer them for free for up to 1 year. (If excess damage is found by our specialists, we may request payment for repairs). 

After the 1 year mark if you need repairs, we offer them at a %10 discount rate to our returning clients on Rickson Jewelry pieces. 

Rickson Jewelry is special with many pieces having complex patterns all the way around. This can make sizing timely and costly so we do charge for sizing. To save you time and money I offer a virtual at home ring sizing service for a fee and highly suggest it to ensure you order the correct ring size. Click the image below and select 'ring sizer ship' to purchase.

You may also visit your local jeweler to be sized as most offer it for free. If you do need your ring sized we offer a %10 discount on our sizing service which ranges from $45-$145 depending on the ring design. We offer free sizing if the ring is not the size you ordered.

Requests for refunds or exchanges are extremely rare because my work is of high quality, and I believe in no pressure sales and make efforts to ensure you find the right piece for you and your loved ones, before you purchase. My custom design experience involves you the entire time, so you can be sure you'll fall in love with your final piece. I like to think my customers wouldn't want to part with their new piece for the world! :)
